To develop an eco-sanctuary, consisting of one main studio (66m2), and two pods (18m2 each) to practice yoga and/or Pilates, one associated changing room and toilet block (21m2) and associated packaged wastewater treatment system (buildings consisting of cedar timber cladding and wildflower green roofs), the provision of a small hardcore parking area with bicycle racks, hardcore pedestrian walkway through the site, provision of bee hives, bird boxes, and bird feeders and the upkeep/pruning/replacement (where necessary) of the existing mixed mature woodland to enhance the eco-friendly experience on their site, and incorporating all associated siteworks.
