a) Permission to erect a 2 storey dwelling house, an on-site sewage treatment system and all associated site development works, b) Permission to retain a recently constructed passageway and a modified farm entrance from the public road, for future exclusive use as the main vehicular access to the above dwelling house, c) Permission to retain and to modify culvert under the above passageway.
