To (a) demolish existing outbuilding, (b) demolish porch to front and flat roof extension to side of existing dwelling, (c) replace existing front door with window and install a new window to opening on northern gable of existing dwelling, (d) construct a new storey and a half type extension to rear of existing dwelling, (e) install a new wastewater treatment unit and polishing filter and all associated site works.
