To construct new storey and a half dwellinghouse. Proposed works to include: 1) to construct new site entrance from public road and new access driveway to serve new dwelling, 2) new on site bored well; 3) to install new waste water treatment system to serve new dwelling; and, 4) all associated site works including new boundary treatments and on site landscaping works.
