To construct new split-level dwelling house. Proposed works to include: 1) demolition of existing shed on site; 2) construction of new site entrance from existing private lane and new access driveway to serve new dwelling, 3) installation of new waste water treatment system to serve new dwelling, 4) construction of new ancillary domestic garage; and 5) all associated ancillary site works including on site landscaping works.
