Demolish a single storey kitchen annex at the rear of their house and to erect a new extension to the rear of their dwelling house. The new extension will be partially single storey and partially 2 storey. This development includes installing an additional 2 windows on the Northern elevation and modifying a window on the 1st floor on the Western elevation of the existing dwelling, together with all associated site development works.
