Extension accommodating new private stairs, x2 bedrooms and E/S bathrooms, gym/study. A walled garden; 3rd floor – new balcony and door ex. guest bedroom. Extension accommodating new private stairs, x1 bedroom and E/S bathroom; Roof level – x1 dormer roof, x2 new skylights to ex. bathroom and ex. main stairs. Extension accommodating new private stairs, roof terrace and Summer kitchen. And to carry out all associated site works.
