The construction of a new rugby sports grounds consisting of (1) three full size playing pitches with floodlighting, (2) one smaller sized training pitch with floodlighting, (3) clubhouse, (4) car park and access roads with public lighting, (5) surround walkway with lighting, (6) private on-site waste water treatment system, (7) storm water soak-pits, (8) entrance, (9) terraced viewing areas, (10) ball-stop netting and (11) all associated site works.
