To alter and to extend dwelling incorporating the following works, a) construct a single storey domestic porch extension on the front elevation, b) construct a single storey domestic extension on the rear elevation, c) block up existing window and form new window opening on the northern side elevation, d) form two new window openings & a patio door opening on the southern side elevation and all ancillary siteworks.
