The change of use of the Unit 3002 from light industrial/manufacturing to a warehouse with ancillary trade counters (for the sale of building related products principally to trade). Construction of a new first floor mezzanine area for storage and a new internal stair case to link to the proposed mezzanine area. External works include a small mechanical plant area on the south elevation of the building and a new door on the north elevation to serve as entrance to the proposed trade counter areas. All works to complete the development.
