PERMISSION :The proposed works will consist of demolition of a rear extension, boiler house, dormer structure, and garden shed located to the end part of the rear garden, internal alterations to existing ground and first floor levels, minor alterations to the street elevation, construction of a new part-single-storey, part-two-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, and pergola structure within the rear garden - along with widening of existing vehicular entrance. All along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works.
