To demolish rear dwelling extension, derelict outbuildings at the side/rear and to remove the side garden wall, to alter the existing front part of dwelling house (cottage) and to construct a new single storey extension to the rear of dwelling house to provide living accommodation; to remove front fence wall and to construct a new site entrance gate and wall fence and new waste water treatment system and all associated site development works.
