The alteration and extension of the existing service station forecourt to include the raising of the ground level and amalgamation of the gravel area for the purpose of a car park on the northern side of the site, the relocation and replacement of existing pump islands and canopy, to relocate the existing car wash 2.5m in a northern direction, a paved outdoor seating area, revised signage at the entrance and within the forecourt, additional landscaping along the northern and eastern boundaries, new signage on the northern and western side of the existing forecourt building, alterations to the existing vehicular entrance and exit and all ancillary site development works and services.
