Permission sought for proposed change of use from retail shop to community support services office use with associated external frontage signage to existing ground floor level unit. The star project easy street team are planning on opening a support service for residents of Ballymun age 10 to 28 to access support, advice, information in relation to substance use and related harms. The service will be educational, supportive, inclusive, non-judgemental. We plan to provide detached street work in the Ballymun area, one to one support for local people, carry out some group work, run some social events & use the space for our office.
