The development will consist of alterations to an existing dwelling comprising: - • The renewal and retrofit of existing dwelling (61sq.m); and • Construction of 1 storey extension to rear (35 sq.m) and 2-storey extension to the side (6 sq.m) of the existing dwelling and; • Construction of rear garden room (7sq.m) to the rear of the dwelling Planning permission is also sought for all other site and development works including the insulating and rendering of existing external walls and replacement of all front windows.
