1) Demolish existing boundary wall to west of the property and existing entrance gate serving the existing dwelling, 2) Construct new formal boundary wall along western boundary and extend along road boundary to meet same, 3) Construct new site entrance onto public road and new access driveway and parking area to serve existing dwelling and; 4) All associated site works
