The addition of a zinc box internally illuminated wind breaker with MSD logo to the entrance area of building 21 and associated site works along with the installation of a 2.43 metre high fence to the north site boundary of the building to tie into existing site fencing. This application relates to a development, which comprises an activity for which an Industrial Emissions License under part IV of the Environment Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended) is required.
