Carry out modifications to existing dwellinghouse, namely; i) Demolition of existing two-storey rear extension and garage, ii) In it's place, the construction of a two-storey rear extension, which includes a single storey kitchen annex, iii) Upgrade of the existing septic tank and soakpit to a wastewater treatment and disposal system and iv) All associated site works
