Alterations and extensions to existing dwelling consisting of the following: (1) To construct a new single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling (2) To construct a new single storey extension to side of new proposed extension for use as a granny flat and (3) To replace existing septic tank and percolation area with a new secondary wastewater treatment system and tertiary filter and all associated site works and services.
