1) The rebuilding of an existing weather damaged and dilapidated pier; 2) the construction of new perimeter pier walls and a new ground surface to the new pier; 3) the placement of a prefabricated kiosk for casual, take-away retail, on the new pier surface; 4) the preparation of a Natura Impact Statement including all associated site works.
