Planning permission for the following: Refurbish and extend existing dwelling including the removal of existing roof structure from old cottage, increase eaves level and re-roof house, construct new pitched roof to old porch/new ensuite, replace all existing windows and doors and erect new single story pitched roof extension to the East side and a small flat roofed extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. Demolish existing shed and decommission existing septic tank and replace with new mechanical treatment unit and raised sand polishing filter, block up existing entrance gate to site and open up new splayed entrance onto public road complete with all ancillary site works associated with the development on our site
