Construction of a two-storey extension at the side of our existing dwellinghouse and all associated site works. The extension design includes for a single storey annex at the rear and it also incorporates a single storey porch extension to the front of existing dwelling. The intended use of the ground floor of the proposed extension is as a ‘Granny Flat’ and the intended first floor use is to serve as additional habitable space to the existing dwelling.
