Permission for retention of changes to the alterations and extensions to dwelling permitted under Pl. Reg. No. 19/00244 consisting of 1) alterations to fenestration and length of new east extension, 2) New front porch design, 3) installation of 12 PV panels to roof of east extension. Permission for retention is also sought for an additional extension to said dwelling namely a) reconstructed west wing of the dwelling and b) plant room extension to the East side of the dwelling
