The development will consist of the construction of 25 no. residential units (14 no. 3 bed semi-detached dwellings, 8 no. 4 bed semi-detached dwellings and 3 no. 2 bed terraced dwellings), associated car parking, landscaping, amenity and local play areas, foul and storm water drainage, including attenuation, new vehicular entrance and all associated site, boundary treatment, and development works. The Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
