To remove existing access stairs and landing to front of existing dwelling, construct a new access stairs and landing to the front of existing dwelling with provision for underneath basement storage, alterations to existing elevations, install 2no. rooflights to existing rear roof of dwelling, install a new waste water treatment unit and percolation area and all associated site works.
