1)The rebuilding of an existing disused and damaged pier; 2) the construction of new perimeter pier walls and a new ground surface to the new pier; 3) the placement of a prefabricated kiosk on the new pier surface for casual retail in the form of take-away barista coffee and food snacks prepared off-site; 4) an external seating area; 5) the preparation of a Natura Impact Statement. The Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority. The development will include all associated site works.
