1) Alterations to existing elevations and subdivision of existing single - storey building, to include change of use of offices to retail floor space to provide new shop with deli, seating area and ancillary accommodation to serve same. 2) construct new 0.9m high block wall along front boundary with 2 no. new site entrances, to replace existing site entrance to serve proposed development, 3) construct new 2 m high wall along rear boundary, 4) remove existing fuel pumps, 5) decommission existing underground fuel storage tanks, 6) install new underground fuel storage tanks. 7) demolish existing storage shed, 8) construct new forecourt with 2 no. fuel pump islands and forecourt canopy. 9) erect new 'petrol station' identification / advertising sign, and all associated site works
