(1) Permission for the construction of a new extension to the side of a dwelling house and associated site works. (2) Retention planning permission for the following alterations and extensions to the same existing dwelling house and associated site works: (a) Retention of the construction of a rear extension, (b) Retention of the construction of a front annex, hallway extension with new front door, (c) Retention of associated alterations to the front of the dwelling house including the blocking up of the existing front door, resizing of window openings and the removal of decorative arches to the front elevation, (d) Retention of the replacement of a side window with a patio door, (e) Retention of the insertion of a new window in the side elevation, (f) Retention of all associated site works.
