1) to demolish existing boundary wall to west of the property and existing entrance gate serving the existing dwelling; 2) to construct new formal boundary wall along western boundary and extend along road boundary to meet same; 3) to construct new site entrance onto public road and new access driveway and parking area to serve existing dwelling and ; 4) all associated site works.
