To construct dwelling house. Proposed works to include: 1) new dwelling to be accessed via new site entrance from public road and new access driveway, 2) new on site bored well; 3) installation of new waste water treatment system to serve new dwelling; 4) construction of new ancillary domestic garage; and, 5) all associated site works including new boundary treatments and landscaping works.
