Retention of a dwelling for the following: i) Erection of all railings to the exterior of the building, garden features and within the grounds ii) The removal of grassed areas, the introduction of hard surfaces/surfacing (gravel, paving, curb stones, tarmacadam etc). iii) The removal of trees to the original entrance iv) The erection of light fittings/standards v) The erection of a gazebo vi) The removal of a weather slating to the northern elevation of the dwelling vii) The introduction of an en-suite bathroom to a basement bedroom.
