Extension to an existing personnel corridor and associated site works at the existing facility. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which Major Accidents Directives applies. The establishment holds an Industrial Emissions License and is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. Under the proposed development the site will remain in compliance with the regulatory requirements under existing license conditions.
