Proposed development to a dwelling house. Construct new ground floor bi-fold entrance doors to new dinghy store on the southern elevation. Replace and enlarge first floor windows on the southern and eastern elevations. Extend ground floor to the north and increase size of existing first floor rear extension by extending to the east. Carry out all associated site works.
