Alterations to the proposed single-storey extension to the existing restaurant, previously permitted by Planning Ref: 17/5636. Alterations include: 1) Reduced footprint of restaurant extension from 632sqm to 404sqm; 2) Alterations to proposed elevations of extension, including plant area to new flat roof; 3) Internal modifications to the existing restaurant to include new kitchen area and lift to serve basement kitchen area; 4) All necessary landscaping and ancillary site works required to complete the development. Please note the development is within the curtilage of protected structures; Castlemartyr House RPS No. 000534, Castlemartyr Castle RPS No. 00535 and Castlemartyr Tower House RPS No.00968.
