Retention of material alterations to our dwelling constructed (previously permitted under S/96/0877). The alterations include the conversion of the attic to habitable room and minor elevation changes. Retention is also sought for alterations to the site layout including the addition of two garden sheds, two pitched roof shelters, a timber balcony and revised orientation of the dwelling house.
