Planning retention for the following; 1) Retention of the partially completed dwelling which was granted planning permission under Planning Ref 136349 and previously under Planning Ref 04738; 2) Retention of the existing site entrance; 3) Retention of the installed waste water treatment unit. The application will also include for planning permission for the completion of the partially constructed dwelling through the following; 1) the construction of a new first floor to achieve a final completed 2 storey detached dwelling; 2) the construction of a new single storey extension to the southern elevation of the existing partially completed building at ground floor; all of the above to the existing detached partially completed dwelling.
