The demolition of existing sunroom at side elevation of existing dwellinghouse and the construction of new two storey domestic extension in lieu thereof, extension to consist of sunroom at ground floor level and ancillary accommodation at first floor level. The existing first floor of dwelling and proposed first floor of extension are to be used as an ancillary dwelling unit with access from ground floor of the existing dwelling. Alterations and elevational changes to include the addition of balcony to front elevation, new roof lights and 2 no. dormer windows along with raising of existing roof pitch together with all other ancillary site works.
