Change of use from a Convalescent home to residential apartments in the existing building known as East Ferry House. The proposed development is to include 9 no. apartments consisting of 6 no. 1 bed and 3 no. 2 bed units. External alteration to change an existing window on front elevation to a new entrance door to apartment no. 1, and all associated ancillary site works including the provision of a new wastewater treatment system.
