Construction of an extension and other alterations to their existing dwelling house as well as permission for minor demolition. The proposed development involves changes to the entire building envelop comprising an extension to the north of the site [front, side, and rear first floor extension] also involving the replacement of the roof and alterations and modifications to all external and internal finishes and the increase in existing ridge height by 1.51m to the northern part of the house. The proposed development includes rood lights, additional fenestration and glazing, cladding, boundary treatments, landscaping, drainage and all associated site development works.
