PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The building is bound to the north by The Annex Building (a Protected Structure, Ref: 8830), to the east by 9 College Green (a Protected Structure, Ref: 1989), to the south by Dame Street, and to the west by Central Plaza (a Protected Structure, Ref: 8830). The proposed development relates to permission for the change of use of 2 Central Plaza at basement, ground floor and mezzanine levels only, from permitted retail use (as permitted under DCC Ref. 3154/17) to leisure/tourism use, and associated internal reconfiguration works.
