To demolish existing boundary wall west of the property and existing entrance gate serving the existing dwelling, to construct a new formal boundary wall along western boundary and extend along road boundary to meet same; to construct new site entrance onto public road and new access driveway and parking area to serve existing dwelling and all associated site works
