The construction of 97 no. residential units (comprising a mix of 2 ,3 and 4-bed, detached, semi detached and terraced units) and permission for the demolition of rear annex’s associated with Lakeview House (protected structure Ref. RPS-00519) and the change of use and extension of Lakeview House to provide a creche, and all associated ancillary development works including a temporary wastewater treatment plant and pumping station, new vehicular access and signalized junction on to the Whitegate road (R630), footpaths, parking, drainage, landscaping and amenity areas. A Natura Impact statement is submitted to the planning authority with the application. The Natura impact statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the planning authority.
