Permission for retention of the following works to a dwelling; 1) Erection of all railings to the exterior of the building, garden features and within the grounds. 2) The removal of grassed areas, the introduction oh hard surfaces/surfacing (gravel, paving, curbstones, tarmacadam, etc.) 3) The removal of trees to the original entrance. 4) The erection of light fittings/standards. 5) The erection of a gazebo. 6) The removal of weather slating to the northern elevation of the dwelling. 7) The introduction of an en-suite bathroom to a basement bedroom. Works to a Protected Structure.
