Construction of a residential development of 17 no. dwelling and 1 no. retail/commercial unit (area 59.2 m2) which will consist of the following; 12 no. 2 bed bungalows, 2 no. 1 bed, ground floor apartments and 3 no. first floor 1 bed apartments. Access to the proposed development is to be provided via a new vehicular & pedestrian entrance from Main Street. Permission is sought for the demolition of existing derelict sheds, connection to all the necessary public services (foul & water) secure bin & bicycle storage areas, associated landscaping and all ancillary & associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
