To demolish an existing single storey porch to the front and single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, construct a new 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, extend the roof height to the side of the existing dwelling, construct a new domestic garage/store, install a secondary waste water treatment unit and polishing filter, increase the opening of the existing site entrance and all associated site works.
