A Solar Panel Array for a Community Based Energy Scheme consisting of up to 10700m2 of Solar Panels mounted on metal frames, fixed to concrete sleepers, placed on the ground, Electricity Control Room, Power Inverter Unit, Underground Cable Ducts, Security Fence, Passive Security Lighting, CCTV Masts and all associated works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted with the application and will be available for inspection of purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the office of the Planning Authority during office hours
