Retention permission for modifications to the permitted Boat House under planning reference 04/9735 consisting of: i. Construction of an extension to the west elevation of the permitted development at ground floor level and first floor level; incorporating circulation space, storage space, washrooms, showers, increased area for boat storage, fenestration and stair wells to first floor level (97.6m2); ii. Construction of a single storey extension to the south elevation with grass roof incorporating internal circulation space, saunas, washrooms and fenestration (18m2); iii. Construction of a single storey extension to the north elevation consisting of, plant room with fenestration and grass roof (13.5m2), in addition to; iv. Alterations to the permitted height of the development. Permission is also sought for: i. Demolition of existing plantroom; ii. Construction of extension to allow for increased boat storage and workspace including the relocation of existing plant room, and; iii. All associated site works and services
