The development will consist of (1) planning permission for material change of use of the existing two storey dwelling house from residential use, to be used as staff facilities and staff accommodation associated with the dairy farm. In this regard and with regards to the proposed development described at (2) below, it is proposed to extinguish the previous grant of planning permission for a new extension to the existing two storey dwelling house (Refer to planning application reference no. 20/4223). (2) Planning permission to construct a new detached dwelling house (split level house design, part single storey and part two storey), private domestic garage (single storey), private domestic car port (single storey), new site entrance, install a wastewater treatment system and associated site works.
