Proposed works: 1) Alteration to a portion of the existing carpark layout to the western side of the site to accommodate the construction of a new unmanned fuel filling station consisting of 1 no. dispenser pump island, with canopy over and associated outdoor payment terminal; 2) Installation of new underground storage fuel tanks, and all associated fuel pipework, off-fill points and vents; 3) Erection of new 1 no. freestanding totem sign; 4) Construction of new ancillary elec/comms service outbuilding to serve the proposed development; 5) Removal off site of 3 no. existing steel storage containers and adjoining storage shed; 6) Removal of existing timber fence to enable the construction of new car parking area to the east of the site and; 7) All associated ancillary development and site works
