The development will consist of modifications and extension to the existing dwelling house (change of plan from that permitted under Pl. Reg. No. 20/6865); A) Removal of existing single-storey extension (totaling 68.67 sq.m / 739.15 sq. ft floor space) to the northwest-facing elevation of existing dwelling, B) removal of existing first floor window to northwest-facing elevation of existing dwelling, C) Construction of a 59.72sq.m/ 642.82sq.ft single storey extension to northwest- facing and northeast-facing elevations of existing dwelling, D) Closure of existing vehicular entrance, E) Construction of new vehicular entrance and F) all ancillary site works.
